Mental Health First Aid is a groundbreaking prevention program targeted to adults. The course teaches participants the risk factors and warning signs of a variety of mental health challenges. MHFA is implemented around the U.S. and the world that research has shown reduces stigma, enhances behavioral health literacy, and improves behavioral health. Jois Heather Darbe, from the Center for Mental Health with the West Central SBDC and Yoga for the Peaceful in charting new ways to sup- port our neighbors, colleagues, employees and friends.
